Congratulations to Chris Urbanek, who we all could learn something from. She was the top Buffalo area point-winner at last week’s Niagara Falls, Ont., Regional Tournament, and fifth overall with 58.06. Second biggest local point winner was Saleh Fetouh, who was 15th with 44.25.
Not many Buffalo players made the tournament’s Top 100. Davis Huessler was 39th with 30.18 points. Bud Seidenberg was 47th with 27.30. Kathy Pollock was 80th with 21.06. Tom Koralewski was 81st with 20.36. Just missing the magic 100 were Dian Petrov (16.51, 104th) and Judy Padgug (16.24, 105th).

– ACBL-Wide charity pairs, Monday, Nov. 25 (7:15 p.m.).
