North American Pairs qualifying games, awarding extra points half of them red points, will be played today, Saturday, June 24, and Monday, June 26, through next Saturday, July 1, at the Airport Bridge Club; and from Tuesday, June 27, through next Saturday at the Bridge Center of Buffalo.

Congratulations to Nancy Wolstoncroft, the Buffalo area player who earned the most master points in the Spring Sectional Tournament at the Clubs (STaC), held June 12 to 18 throughout ACBL District 5, which includes Buffalo, Cleveland and Pittsburgh. She won a total of 16.14 points, ranking 12th in the district.

Other Buffalo players doing well in the STaC included: Alan Greer, 14.77 (16th in the district); Denise Slattery, 14.52 (17th); Jerry Geiger, 11.28 (25th); Judi Marshall, 11.13 (26th); Ken Meier, 11.04 (29th); and Jay Levy, 10.82 (30th).
