Duplicate Bridge: Feb. 8

Valentine’s Day on Friday, Feb. 14, will be celebrated with unit-rated games with extra points at 10:30 a.m. at the Bridge Center of Buffalo and at 11 a.m. at the Airport Bridge Club, where all players also will get a Valentine’s gift.

The Airport Bridge Club will have another Pamphlet Pairs game at 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, with players getting a choice of bridge lesson pamphlets.

The 60th Niagara District Sectional Tournament continues today, Saturday, Feb. 8, and Sunday, Feb. 9, in the Holiday Inn & Suites Parkway Convention Centre, 327 Ontario Street, St. Catharines, Ont.
Pairs games begin at 1 and 7 p.m. today, Saturday, with a knock-out series starting at 9 a.m. It concludes with Swiss teams at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. For more info, click this link.
