Duplicate Bridge: Aug. 10



The Buffalo Non-Life Master Sectional Tournament, for players with fewer than 500 master points, continues today, Saturday, Aug. 10, with pairs games at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 11, with pairs at 10 a.m. and Swiss teams at 2 p.m. in the Bridge Center of Buffalo, 3362 Sheridan Drive at Sweet Home Road, Amherst.

Next week is Charity Week at the Bridge Center of Buffalo, benefiting Hospice Buffalo, with extra points at all games. The club has a 99er game at noon Monday, Aug. 12, and lunch with Jim Gullo at noon Friday, Aug. 15.

The Airport Bridge Club has a double-point Swiss team game with free pizza at 11 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 11. Triple points, half red, will be awarded at 11 a.m. games today, Saturday, Aug. 10, and all next week, and at the 7:15 p.m. game Tuesday, Aug. 13.

         Bridge Club Meridian is awarding extra points at all of its games this month at no extra cost.
